Wow! What a great book! There was a sudden turn of events three quarters of the way through the book was amazing. So unexpected and brilliant.

I absolutely loved Eamon's character. He was reminiscent of Professor Snape in Harry Potter in a way; never knowing if he is good or evil until *spoiler alert* his tragic end. Yes they even suffer the same fate.

Ashlin goes through some great character development. She grows more confident with every passing page, becoming a great leader.

I cannot wait until the third book comes out! I kind of need it ASAP...
