I received an ARC of this book from the author and I voluntarily reviewed it. Thank you Amo Jones!
Although this book was written way back when Amo Jones started writing, and it's way different from her latest works, I couldn't help but fall for this story.
This plot has the perfect amount of pain, sexiness, angst, and alphas. Speaking of alphas, I loved how both Beast and Meadow have strong personalities, in both senses of the word; they are strong people who have overcome unfathomable hardships, and they are opinionated people. I like how Jones was realistic in the amount of time passed, and Meadows life choices. How she allows Meadow to stay true to herself; her fears and her reservations.
I knew after reading the first chapter that I would storm through this book. I never got bored reading and never wanted to skim ahead. I devoured every word on the pages.
No, it's not perfect, but it doesn't negate how I feel about the plot and the characters Jones created. How I feel about their interactions, their relationships, their opinions.
